Transcript Request

Each transcript costs $5. If a school profile or test scores need to be included, please indicate that with your request. Your request must include student 
namebirthdaygraduation date (month and year) and student signature (or picture of the student's driver license or passport).

Allow up to five business days for the request to be processed.

There are five ways to request an OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT.
  1. Web Store.‚Äč  You may order and pay through the SHS Web Store.  To complete the order, you will need to contact us at shs-transcripts@lgsuhsd.org with a scanned copy of the student's driver license or passport to establish identity.

  2. By mail: Mail in your request and $5 for each transcript to Saratoga High School (Attention: Transcripts): 20300 Herriman Ave, Saratoga, CA 95070.  The student name and signature is required.

  3. By email: Email your request to shs-transcripts@lgsuhsd.org. Someone will need to come to the guidance counter and pay for the transcript.  To complete the order, contact shs-transcripts@lgsuhsd.org with a scanned copy of the student's driver license or passport to establish identity.

  4. By fax: Fax your request to "Transcripts" at 408-867-3577. Someone will need to come the guidance counter and pay for the transcript.  To complete the order, the student will need to contact shs-transcripts@lgsuhsd.org with a scanned copy of the student's driver license or passport to establish identity.

  5. In person: Submit the Transcript Request form and payment in the Guidance office at least one week before the due date.
