Transcript Requests

OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS

Official transcripts are processed through the SHS Web Store.

Each transcript costs $5.  Your request must include student name, birthday, graduation date (month and year).  If a school profile or test scores need to be included, please indicate that with your request. Allow up to five business days for the request to be processed.

To order official transcripts:

  1. Place your transcript order and pay through the SHS Web Store. 

  2.  Email us at shs-transcripts@lgsuhsd.org  with a picture of the student's ASB card, driver license or passport to verify student identity.

 
UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS

Current students (or a parent/guardian) may print an Unofficial transcript directly from their account in Aeries. 

 
NCAA-ELIGIBLE ATHLETES

Please email your counselor to send your transcript electronically.
