Transcript Requests

OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS

We are processing orders for OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS through the SHS Web Store.

Each transcript costs $5. If a school profile or test scores need to be included, please indicate that with your request. Your request must include student name, birthday, graduation date (month and year) and picture of the student's driver license, ASB card, or passport.

Allow up to five business days for the request to be processed.

  1. Web Store.  You order and pay through the SHS Web Store. 

  2. We must also verify student identity.  The student must contact us at shs-transcripts@lgsuhsd.org  with a picture or scanned copy of the student's ASB card, driver license or passport to establish identity.


FOR NCAA-ELIGIBLE ATHLETES: Please email your counselor to send your transcript electronically.

UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS

Current students (or a parent/guardian) may print an Unofficial transcript directly from their account on Aeries.
