Returning Student Course Requests (Course Registration) Process Overview

This overview is for students & families returning to Saratoga High School grades 10-12.

Step 1: Review the Course Catalog
This page has the current information.

Step 2: Participate in Back-to-School Information Events
Common questions are covered in the information events.  This page has the current calendar of events.

Some events are recorded and/or have slide materials.  If you miss an event, please check this page.

Step 3: Submit course requests
Course requests are submitted via the course selection module found in your Canvas Class Page.

Also submit course requests via your Aeries account.  It is open for input February 9-25, 2024.

If you want to make an adjustment after February 25, please contact your assigned guidance counselor.

Step 4: Meet the guidance counselor
Guidance counselors will come to your English class the week of Feb 26.

Step 5: School staff schedule students into classes
This process starts in mid-March and typically continues into June / July.

Step 6: Student picks up the new year class schedule
Students may pick up their class schedule at the SHS Falcon Fest event in August just before school starts.  See the calendar of events for schedule details.
