Diploma Replacement:

If you need your diploma replaced, you have to order directly from Herff Jones

Please see below for instructions to replace your diploma:

What you will need:

  1. Completed Replacement Request Form
    (Click here for the form)

  2. Official School Transcript
    (This can be requested from our SHS webstore) 

  3. Payment of $45.00

    • Check or money order made out to Herff Jones

How to Submit Your Request:

Please mail the completed form/or please call 1-800-635-5670, official transcript, and payment to:

Processing Time:

Please allow approximately 6 weeks for the replacement diploma to be produced.
