Transcript Request

There are four ways to request an OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT.
  1. By mail: Mail in your request and $5 for each transcript to Saratoga High School (Attention: Sharon Fong): 20300 Herriman Ave, Saratoga, CA 95070.

  2. By email: Email your request to Sharon Fong at sfong@lgsuhsd.org. Someone will need to come in and pay for the transcript. A scanned copy of your signature is accepted.

  3. By fax: Fax your request to Sharon Fong at 408-867-3577. Someone will need to come in and pay for the transcript.

  4. In person: Submit the Transcript Request form, payment, along with an addressed and stamped envelope, to Mrs. Fong in the Guidance office at least one week before the due date.

Please note: Each transcript costs $5. If a school profile or test scores need to be included, please let Mrs. Fong know. Your request must include your name, birthday, graduation date (month and year) and signature. You must also include stamped, addressed envelopes if transcripts are to be mailed. Allow up to five business days for your request to be processed.
