The information on this application will be used to determine recipients for school-wide scholarships and for public recognition through community agencies. Nominations and scholarship will be awarded on the basis of academic quality, community and school involvement, leadership, promise of achievement and/or financial need. Submit all documents to the Guidance Office as soon as possible. Requests for nominations begin in September. Only students with completed applications will be considered for recognition and scholarships.
