The information on this application will be used to determine recipients for school-wide scholarships and for public recognition through community agencies. Nominations and scholarship will be awarded on the basis of academic quality, community and school involvement, leadership, promise of achievement and/or financial need. For scholarships requiring financial need, the financial statement on the last page must be completed.
