Sacred Heart Community Service Summer Academy Camp
Teacher Assistant Applications are now available from Sacred Heart to work in the summer program.  Their Summer Academy offers classes in Math, Language Arts, Computer Science for 1st-6th Grade students.  Must be entering 10th grade or above.  For more information go to: http://goo.gl/forms/iVgoNfsbHD

Girls On The Run

Girls on the Run is a non profit that seeks to encourage pre-teen girls (grades 3rd-8th) to develop self respect and healthy lifestyles through dynamic, interactive lessons and games, culminating in a celebratory 5K run.  For more information you can contact the race director Laura Krebs at; laura@gotrsv.org or follow this link to volunteer.

Our City Forest Tree Amigo Program

BOYS AND GIRLS CLUBS OF SILICON VALLEY
Volunteers are an integral art of the programs at the Boys and Girls clubs.  Opportunities such as tutoring and teaching on topics such as science, tech, engineering, math, art, video production and recreation are all available.  Contact alethia Ruiz, alethia@bgclub.org or direct line- 408-890-2916.

LIFE MOVES
LifeMoves Summer Adventure Camp is a seven week on-site camp for homeless children at LifeMoves family shelters in San Mateo and Santa Clara counties.  Stemming from our one year ACES (Achieving Career and Educational Success) programming which aims to engage children in science, technology, engineering and math activities.  Camp also includes field trips to parks, museums, and sporting events across Silicon Valley and the peninsula.  The summer ends with an all-out Math Festival and field day competition.   The camp is staffed by volunteer high school students who serve as camp counselors.  For more information clean on the link:   https://lifemoves.org/how-you-can-help/volunteer/summer-adventure-camp/


American Association of University Women Volunteer
Job responsibilities include developing a template for the branch newsletter, putting together a newsletter from different sources, and publishing a newsletter.
